By using StepVet, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

StepVet connects pet owners with licensed veterinarians for in-home veterinary care. We are a marketplace platform — individual veterinarians are independent providers.

Booking & Cancellation

Appointments can be booked through our website. You may cancel or reschedule up to 4 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

Liability

StepVet facilitates connections between pet owners and veterinarians. While all providers are licensed and insured, StepVet is not liable for clinical outcomes.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
